Yoslion Download is developed, licensed and operated by Palacios Software Group LLC. Yoslion is the house brand, and Yoslion Download is the product these terms cover.

Purchasing is not open yet. When it opens, placing an order means accepting these terms and the Refund Policy. Paddle applies its own buyer terms to the transaction itself, in addition to these terms, which govern your use of the software.

Yoslion Download is a one-time purchase of $29 USD. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, and nothing renews automatically. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

• 12 months of maintenance from the date of purchase.
• Use on up to 3 active installations, pooled across the platforms supported at the time.

Yoslion Download is licensed, not sold. The licence grants you the right to use the software under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software, of its source code, or of any intellectual property in it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The licence itself does not expire, and there is nothing recurring to cancel.

Maintenance covers releases published during the 12-month maintenance period. When that period ends, the software you are already licensed to use remains licensed to you; releases published after that date are not covered by it.

Maintenance is not a promise of any particular release, of any particular feature, or of updates without end. Releases published after the maintenance period are not included in the purchase.

A licence may be active on up to 3 installations at a time, pooled across supported platforms. You may move a licence between your own machines within that limit. The licence is for you or your organisation; it is not for sharing with people outside it.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the software, or make it available to others as a service.
• Remove, obscure or alter any notice of ownership or licensing in the software.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with licensing, integrity or update mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent that applicable law gives you a right to do so despite this restriction.
• Use the software to infringe the rights of others, or in breach of the terms of the services you are downloading from.

Yoslion Download transfers the files you point it at. You are responsible for having the right to download what you download.

Windows is the platform being prepared for release, and the only one being offered. Releases are made at our discretion. Nothing here guarantees that a release will be published on any timetable, that a supporting service will remain available indefinitely, or that a platform will continue to be supported.

The software is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, guarantee or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including consumer rights you may have where you live.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for the cost of substitute software, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The licence ends if you materially breach these terms and do not put the breach right after being asked to. It also ends if the purchase it came from is refunded. When it ends, you must stop using the software and remove your installations of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and it does not remove a right to bring proceedings there where applicable law gives you that right. Where local consumer law grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights continue to apply.

These terms sit alongside the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
