Email is the best route for anything about an order, a licence or a transfer that misbehaved, because you can attach the details. We do not publish response times we have not yet earned, and support is not staffed around the clock.

• Installation and setup, including where the application stores its data.
• Licensing and activation, including moving a licence between your machines.
• Download behaviour, such as segmented transfers, the queue, concurrency limits and bandwidth limits.
• Recovery, when a transfer was interrupted by a network failure, a crash or a restart.
• Purchase and refund questions, once the software is offered for sale.

The questions on the home page cover what the product is, what it costs, what happens to an interrupted download and which platform it runs on. That is the fastest answer for most of what gets asked before release.

Refund requests go to the buyer support address above. The terms are on the Refund Policy page: a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Paddle, as Merchant of Record for orders, can also handle a refund request directly.

Yoslion Download keeps a diagnostic log on your own machine. It is local, and it is never sent anywhere on its own. If support asks you for it, sending it is your decision, and you can read it first. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Support for customers begins when Yoslion Download is offered for sale. Until then there is no release to support and no purchase to ask about, though the addresses above are live if you want to reach us.
