Refund Policy

This policy covers licences for Yoslion Download sold by Palacios Software Group LLC. It sits alongside the Terms, which you accept when you place an order.

You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Where the request is approved, the whole amount paid for that licence is returned to the payment method used.

That 7-day window is our own commercial policy. It is a floor, not a ceiling: it does not cut short any longer period that the law where you live gives you, and it does not limit what Paddle may do as Merchant of Record.

Partial refunds are not offered as a standard policy. Yoslion Download is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription with unused time to return, so a request is treated as a full refund or not at all.

A refund ends the licence it relates to. Once a refund is approved, you no longer hold a licence to use the software, and you are required to stop using it and to remove your installations.

A refund does not necessarily switch off an installation the moment it is approved. That is a limit of how a desktop application works, not permission to keep using the software after the licence has ended.

Write to support@palaciossoftwaregroup.com with the email address used for the order and the order reference. You do not have to explain yourself, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.

You can therefore raise a refund with us or with Paddle directly. Either route works.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under applicable consumer law, or any right that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right gives you more than this policy does, that right applies.
